All four suspects in the Craig Rideout murder case will be tried together.
Judge Thomas Moran has thrown out some of the statements made by suspects Colin and Alex Rideout in a sheriff’s department car at Mendon Ponds Park, but he ruled that statements made by Laura Rideout and Paul Tucci will be admitted in court, along with evidence against them.
Laura Rideout is the estranged wife of murder victim Craig Rideout. She, her boyfriend Paul Tucci, and her sons Colin and Alex are accused of murdering Craig Rideout and disposing of his body, then trying to clean up the evidence at his Penfield town home.
Trial for all four begins on June 20th.
