The four suspects accused of killing Craig Rideout of Penfield and disposing of his body have been arraigned on murder charges and released on their existing bail. They’re tentatively set to go on trial in June.

Rideout’s estranged wife Laura, her boyfriend Paul Tucci, and Rideout’s sons Colin and Alex are all charged in connection with Craig Rideout’s death in July. All pleaded not guilty. They were previously charged with evidence tampering for allegedly trying to clean up evidence including blood in the basement of Rideout’s town home (surveillance photo from Walmart shows Laura Rideout and Tucci buying supplies prosecution alleges were used in disposing of evidence).

They were indicted on the murder charges earlier this month by a grand jury.

Paul Tucci’s attorney, Michael Schiano, says this will be a lengthy case with many issues to be raised, but he’s confident his client will be found not guilty in the end.
