Rochester faces the Richmond Kickers Wednesday night at 7:05 p.m.
ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Rochester Rhinos (8-4-8) return home after a three game road trip, where all three games ended in 1-1 draws. While the team is undefeated in eight matches, they haven’t seen a win since July 16 against FC Montreal. With two matches at home this week, Rochester will be looking for three points from both games to try and close the gap on the top four as playoffs approach.
The match will be broadcast live on the USL Match Center.
The week starts out with a must win midweek match up against the Richmond Kickers (9-6-5). With a victory over the second place New York Red Bulls II last week, and the Rhinos third consecutive tie the Kickers have taken the Rhinos fifth place spot, while Rochester falls to sixth. The teams are tied with 32 points each. The Kickers have their own four game unbeaten streak that they are looking to defend.
