Rochester Gas and Electric reports its repair crews have power restored to all but about 700 customers who lost service in the Wednesday night wind storm. Crews worked through a second night to restore service.

The main problem is along Lee Road where a whole network of poles went down. RG&E says most repairs should be done by now, but a couple of cases where new lines have to be run to individual buildings will take until the middle of Saturday.
