A man accused of causing a fatal crash in Mendon while driving drunk has pleaded “not guilty” to charges of DWI and vehicular manslaughter.
Deputies say 47-year-old Louis Restivo was drunk when he suddenly turned left in front of a dump truck on Boughton Hill Road back in July. The driver of the dump truck jammed on his brakes, but crashed into a third vehicle, a car driven by Hannah Kline. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Restivo has another court date on February 15th, and his trial is due to start on May 7th.
