The New York State average price for a gallon of gasoline has risen to $2.70 per gallon, up three cents in the last week.
According to the AAA, the Rochester regional price is $2.63, up a penny over the last week. Buffalo is $2.64, also up a cent and Syracuse comes in at an average of $2.63, up two cents.
