2018: First three games of the season (April 6-8) postponed due to snow and cold at Frontier Field.
2017: First two games of the season (April 6-7) in Syracuse postponed due to snow and cold.
2016: Opening Day on April 7 in Scranton suspended in the top of the 5th inning due to rain (completed April 8). Home Opener on April 9 postponed due to rain and cold at Frontier Field.
2014: Home Opener on April 5 postponed due to rain at Frontier Field.
2012: Opening Day on April 5 at Syracuse was delayed 26 minutes before first pitch due to snow and cold.
2007: Opening Day on April 6 vs. Ottawa postponed due to snow at Frontier Field.
2005: Opening Day on April 7 at Syracuse was delayed 44 minutes before first pitch due to rain.
2003: Opening Day on April 3 at Syracuse was played but the next five dates were postponed including April 5 and 6 vs. Syracuse at Frontier Field.

Wings announce Bisons doubleheader dates & times
The Red Wings announced the makeup dates for the 3 games postponed Friday-Sunday against the Buffalo Bisons.
The teams will play single-admission doubleheaders on Friday, May 25 and Tuesday, Aug. 28 at 5:05 pm, with gates opening at 4 pm and on Sunday, May 27 at 1:05 pm, with gates opening at noon.
Fans holding a ticket to Friday’s Opening Day may redeem that ticket for two games: one of those must be used in April or May (50 degree guarantee) and the other for any remaining home date in 2018. Tickets to Saturday and Sunday may be exchanged for any remaining home date this season. All exchanges must be made in person at the Ticket Office.
Rochester opens the 2018 season Monday night at Frontier Field against the Syracuse Chiefs. First pitch has been moved up tonight and Tuesday to 5:35 pm with gates opening at 4:30 pm. Both games were originally scheduled for 6:35 pm.
