Rochester drops a 10-2 contest to the Durham Bulls.
FT. MYERS, FL. — The Durham Bulls used a four-run 6th inning and a three-run 7th to beat the Rochester Red Wings 10–2 Thursday afternoon.
Aaron Slegers fired 3.0 perfect frames with five strikeouts for the Red Wings (5–2–1). Mason Melotakis surrendered a hit and a walk but tossed a scoreless 9th inning.
Quintin Berry went 2-for-3, the lone Wing with more than one hit. Zack Granite and Mitch Garver finished 1-for-3 with an RBI apiece.
Rochester plays host to the Pawtucket Red Six in Ft. Myers on Friday at 1 pm.
