Rochester begins a 3-game series against the North Division leader RailRiders.
The International League playoff race heats up when the Wings return to Frontier Field on Friday, August 12 for a HUGE weekend series against the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders! Along with major playoff implications, the three-game set features two fireworks shows, Red Wings Hall of Fame Night, the ZOOperstars and an autograph appearance by Joe Carter!

• RED WINGS HALL OF FAME NIGHT AND POSTER GIVEAWAY: Former Wings greats Jason Bartlett and Merv Rettenmund will be enshrined into the Red Wings Hall of Fame in a pre-game ceremony on Friday. Both Bartlett and Rettenmund will be in attendance and featured on a poster giveaway to the first 1,000 fans courtesy of Not Your Father’s Root Beer. Ron Shelton, who was unable to make it to Rochester for Friday’s ceremony, will be inducted next summer.
• POST-GAME FIREWORKS: Stick around after the game for a post-game fireworks show courtesy of ESL Federal Credit Union.
• WINGS SALUTE THE KING: The Wings pay homage to Elvis with tribute artist Patrick Johnson performing on the concourse pre-game. He’ll also make a special appearance during the fireworks show courtesy of H&R Block.
• FOOD SPECIAL: Fish Fry for $9 at Batter Up
• PRE-GAME AUTOGRAPH SESSION: A select Red Wings player will be available for autographs on the stadium concourse from 6:10 pm – 6:35 pm courtesy of the Hillside Family of Agencies.
