Rochester goes ‘Boom!’ with the new roster in a 136-109 win over the Knights.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Playing just above the border of ‘Wow,’ the Rochester Razorsharks’ new-look roster paid monstrous dividends on Thursday night at the Blue Cross Arena.

After trades brought in new bodies and a few other roster moves, the Razorsharks showed off their new arsenal by having 8 players score in double figures in an impressive 136-109 win over visiting Vancouver in North American Premier Basketball (NAPB) play.

Rochester (3-8) was led by Wayne McCoullough (27 points), Melvin Council (19 points), Devon Alexander (17 points), Matt Hart (15 points), Jerice Crouch (15 points), Rashard McGill (14 points), Dan Biber (14 points), and Trayvon Jackson (12 points).

They used a 41 and 42-point second and fourth quarter to blow out to the big win after trailing 33-22 to the visiting Knights (4-8).

Vancouver was led by Da’Quan Brooks (24 points), Jordan Hill (19 points), John Ivy (16 points), and Zach Reynolds (13 points).

The two teams play again on Friday night at the BCA.
