By Doug McSorley
ROCHESTER, N.Y. — We caught up with attackman, Jordan Wolf on Monday. We asked Jordan his thoughts on training camp, playing at Capelli Sport Stadium, the new additions to the Rattlers team and more:
1. How did it feel to get back on the field with the Rattlers?
It felt great. For me personally, I had so much fun given that it was my first time back since surgery. It felt great to be healthy and run around. Our team is really close so it was great seeing some of the guys and coaches. Soudo really missed me. I really wish Joel White was there.
2. How is your hamstring feeling?
My hamstring felt great. I am really fortunate that I am cleared and healthy. i have a new appreciation for sports and being able to play. It will take a little bit of time to get used to the athletic movements but it felt great.
3. It was your first time out on Capelli Sport Stadium, talk about the difference between playing there and the Wegmans Sports Complex last year?
Wegmans Stadium was great to us and we appreciated them letting us play there. My first year in Roch was in Capelli so It is a special place. It is great to be back in the pit.
4. Talk about some of the additions, like JoJo, to the team this year and what you saw from him over the weekend?
Jojo was awesome. It seemed like he worked hard this off season because he came into camp in great shape. He is really fun to play with and looking forward to a whole year with him. It was also great seeing Mike Manley. I obviously have a special relationship with him given we went to school together. I am glad he was healthy and excited for the year.
5. With all of the Duke, Syracuse, Notre Dame guys – is there any smack talk about each others college teams?
No smack talk at all. We are all Ratz now. College life is over. (of course, Go Duke though).
