Jordan Wolf is the second Rochester player to earn the award in the past 3 weeks.
BOSTON, MA. — Rochester Rattlers attackman Jordan Wolf was named the Major League Lacrosse (MLL) Warrior Offensive Player of the Week for Week 15. Wolf helped the Rattlers clinch a playoff berth in a 14-13 win over the Machine on Saturday night.
Wolf, 25, scored three goals and had an assist, marking his third straight game with at least four points. With the game tied and under two minutes left in regulation, Wolf dodged from behind the cage and scored what would be the game-winning goal. The Rochester win clinched a trip to the postseason and a date with the defending champion Denver Outlaws on Aug. 12. The fourth-year pro was playing in his first game since July 16 due to injury.
Wolf is the second Rochester player to win Warrior Offensive Player of the Week in the last three weeks after Jordan MacIntosh won in Week 13.
