The Rochester Housing Authority cut the ribbon this afternoon on a renovated housing unit in Marketview Heights.
The four-unit public housing project at 54 to 66 Garson Avenue has been stripped and rebuilt in a $410,000 investment paid for by a Capital Fund Grant from the federal government. It’s the first of several RHA properties set to go through interior and exterior makeovers
