Protesters calling for the resignation of Supervisor Jack Moore marched outside the Henrietta Town Hall before last night’s town board meeting.
Some town employees and supporters want Moore removed from office after several complaints that he used discriminatory and racial language in their hearing. Moore has also been accused of age discrimination by an employee who says the town retaliated against her.
The town employees’ union announced this week that more than 80 percent of its members support Moore, who denies making the comments or discriminating against anyone.
