Federal prosecutors say the manager of the United States Postal Service Office on Latta Road in Greece was using his position to operate a drug ring.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for Western New York says Ralph Minni received packages of cocaine and marijuana at the post office and distributed them from there. Prosecutors say Minni may have been helped by other postal workers, and may have supplied them with drugs as well.
