Police are searching for a man who held up the M&T Bank branch on South Union Street in Spencerport.
Ogden Police say an armed man robbed the bank about 2:00 p.m. and drove off with an undetermined amount of money. Police picked up the car and gave chase down I-490, but lost the speeding car near the 390 interchange. Police say the chase was going too fast for weather conditions and they made the decision to break it off.
Police later found the gray Honda parked on Skuse Street in Rochester, but did not find the suspect.
