Rochester police are asking the public’s help in locating a masked man who is believed to have inappropriately touched women in two different incidents.
One took place September 11th on Dartmouth St and inappropriately grabbed her. The second incident was November 4th on Rosedale Street, where the same thing happened.
The man is described as black, about five-foot-10 and 160 to 180 pounds. He was wearing all-black clothing and a black ski mask which left the area around his eyes and the bridge of his nose exposed.
