A Rochester man is in stable condition at Strong Memorial Hospital after suffering serious injuries when he was shot in the leg late Thursday night on Tremont Street.
Police say the victim is in his 40s. He was shot about 11:47 p.m. and hit multiple times. Officers applied a tourniquet to his leg to keep him from bleeding out. No suspect is in custody so far.
