Rochester police are investigating a shooting that apparently happened on Hudson Avenue.
The victim was a 23-year-old man who was shot in the upper body. Police found him on Avenue D, but determined he’d been shot somewhere else.
He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital and his injuries are said to be non-life threatening.
