No arrest has been made yet in the murder of Shaquan McMillan, now identified as the young Rochester man shot dead outside Ontario Beach Park in Charlotte early Sunday morning.
Rochester Police were called to the area and found the victim lying in the road on Beach Avenue. He’d been shot in a nearby parking lot and collapsed in the intersection while running away. Witnesses tried to save his life but were unable to help him. He was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency medical responders.
