Rochester’s troubled Police Accountability Board held its first public, in-person session Thursday night. The agency’s acting head said the PAB is investigating 103 reports of police misconduct or excessive use of force out of 215 potential reports received.
Duwaine Bascoe said none of the reports has been completed. Nor has a city report into the PAB and the suspension of former Director Conor Dwyer-Reynolds been completed. It was due October 31st. Board Chair Larry Knox said it’s due “any day.”
The PAB and its leadership continued to decline interview requests.
