The owners of the Cam’s Pizzeria chain have been indicted by a Monroe County grand jury on grand larceny and tax fraud charges.
Authorities say Carmelo and Rosanna Calascibetta were both indicted on five counts of grand larceny, 13 counts of criminal tax fraud, 58 counts of offering a false instrument for filing and two lesser grand larceny counts.
Cam’s allegedly under reported sales tax earnings from its seven restaurants from 2011 to 2015. That amounts to $400,000 which should have been paid to the state.
