A man being held in South Carolina is described as a “person of interest” in the 13-year-old disappearance of Chili teenager Brittanee Drexel.

Raymond Moody was stopped for speeding in Surfside, S.C., the last place the 16-year-old girl was seen. He was named a person of interest a decade ago and police searched the motel where he lived. Moody is now being held in jail for obstruction of justice. Bail has been set at $100,000.

Drexel’s father posted on Facebook Wednesday night that a break had been made in the case, but took the post down an hour later.
