Two young Penfield women were among four teenagers charged this week with disorderly conduct after allegedly having sex in the ocean on a public beach in Cape Cod. The fourth teen refused to leave the area when ordered by police.

All were charged with disorderly conduct according to the New York Post.  A 17-year-old boy who was with them in the water was charged separately as a juvenile.

Molly Hines and Julianna Murphy of Penfield, who are 19 and 18, were arrested along with the two young men who are from Massachusetts and Vermont. All four will be arraigned after they complete a six-month court-ordered program for first offenders.
