A former Rochester pawn shop owner will spend four years in jail, surrender his fleet of luxury cars and pay a $1.6 million judgement after he was found guilty of using drug addicts to steal merchandise from area stores which he then sold as new on eBay
Devin Tribunella was also ordered to forfeit more than $1.5 million in his bank accounts.
Tribunella ran the network of merchandise “boosters” from January 2017 to November 2019 before being charged with transportation of stolen goods in interstate commerce. He was caught by the IRS and local authorities.
