Paul Tucci, the boyfriend of Laura Rideout, has bee ordered to submit a DNA sample in connection with the Craig Rideout murder investigation.
Earlier this year he was charged with evidence tampering for allegedly helping Laura Rideout clean up blood evidence in the basement of Craig Rideout’s Penfield town home.
Laura Rideout was previously required to submit a DNA sample to match against evidence found at the town home.
So far, nobody has been charged with causing Craig Rideout’s death. But Laura Rideout, her two sons and Tucci are all charged with trying to cover up evidence of his death. Rideout’s bound and disfigured body was found dumped off a rural road in Yates County.
