A Rochester man is under arrest on a host of charges after allegedly firing a gun into a city woman’s car.
Police went to Orchard Street after the city’s ShotSpotter system picked up gunfire. As they were investigating, the woman came forward and said a man she knew had fired at her car. Bullet strikes were found on her car.
Police identified Louis Dublin III as the shooter, and that he was out on parole for a prior felony. Parole officers located and arrested him.
Dublin has been charged with criminal possession of a weapon, reckless endangerment, criminal contempt, criminal mischief and violating parole. He’s in jail awaiting arraignment.
