The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office says a Palmyra teenager has been charged with sexual abuse, attempted sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
Sheriff Barry Virts says 19-year-old Zane Rampulla allegedly got naked and tried to make sexual contact with a child of less than 11. The sheriff says deputies also discovered a similar incident about two years ago when Rampulla made the child touch his genitals.
He’s been arraigned and is being held on $10,000 bail.
