Monroe County Grand Jury has indicted Kareem Singletary of Rochester on charges of Second Degree Murder and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the fatal shooting of Rochelle DeCruz. She was shot in a house on Frost Avenue. The 38-year-old Singletary was arrested soon after.
