Bank Robber Sentenced as Persistent Felon

A man who launched into a string of bank robberies last fall has been sentenced to 15-years-to-life in state prison. Bernard Snow was found guilty in February of robbery and petit larceny after holding up three banks in the city between September 30th and October 2nd. He was sentenced as a non-violent persistent felony offender.
