A Rochester couple was arraigned this afternoon on charges including murder and evidence tampering in connection with the burning body found in Livingston County earlier this week. New York State Police arrested 35-year-old Aykut Ozkaynak and 42-year-old Mary Neverett of Rochester Wednesday night. Both pleaded “not guilty” in Caledonia Court.
