Rochester Police responding to an accident report about 4:00 this morning found an overturned car but no sign of the occupants.
After searching the area around 1200 North Kings Highway, they found a 30-year-old Irondequoit man with minor injuries who turned out to be the driver.
He was taken to Rochester General Hospital for treatment, then charged with DWI and leaving the scene of an accident.
