The former school security officer who pleaded guilty to raping a Holley High School student has been sentenced to ten years on probation and will have to register as a sex offender.
Adam Mesiti was sentenced Monday in Orleans County after admitting he had sex with a 16-year-old girl in 2014.
Mesiti had taken the girl in when she left her family and their relationship became sexual. Mesiti is a retired Brockport police officer who served on that force for 20 years.
