The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says a Hemlock man was injured Monday evening when he lost control of his dirt bike while riding in a field in the Town of Richmond.
Deputies say 22-year-old Caleb Beeley went over an embankment and crashed onto Route 20A. He wasn’t wearing a helmet at the time and suffered back and head injuries. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital where he was listed in stable condition.
Deputies say Beeley will be ticketed for riding without a helmet.
