A Manchester man is facing charges for allegedly having sexual contact with a 12 year-old girl.
New York State Police say 55-year-old Steven Feliciano was arrested on Sunday and charged with first degree sexual abuse.
State Police believe he had contact with the girl at his home over the past two weeks. State Police are also continuing the investigation into similar acts with other girls.
