The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man and his young son.
They say 36-year-old Leroy Newswanger and his 18-month-old son, Glenn David Newswanger, are in a dark blue Chevy Silverado pickup truck with a dark blue cap. There are dents in the rear bumper and on the right passenger side door. The license plate is 88359-MJ.
Deputies say Newswanger has a history of mental health problems and the baby has hand, foot and mouth disease and has blisters around his mouth.
They say Leroy Newswanger was last seen withdrawing money from the Lyons National Bank in Penn Yan.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
