Rochester Police say two missing sisters have both been located and are safe.
Police say 11-year-old Lily English was located in the 1000 block of Bay Street Tuesday night after resident recognized her from the media release and called 911. They say 13-year-old Jazmine English was found in the 600 block of Garson Avenue on Wednesday morning.
Both girls got out of their grandmother’s car on Tuesday afternoon while she was in a store on South Clinton Avenue
