Rochester overcomes a 3-0 deficit in the Wings third spring training game.

FT. MYERS, FL. — Brian Olson drove in all the runs for the Rochester Red Wings on Friday afternoon as he finished 2-for-2, including a 3-run home run and a RBI double as the Wings earned a 4-4 tie with the Norfolk Tides.

Olson put the Red Wings (1–1–1) on the board with a double in the 2nd, and hit his homer in the 4th to give the Red Wings a 4–3 lead. Travis Harrison finished 3-for-4 with two runs scored for Rochester.

The Tides jumped out to a 3–0 lead in the 1st against David Hurlbut. The lefty was charged with three runs on seven hits and two walks with two strikeouts in 3.1 innings. Norfolk knotted the game at four apiece with a run off Jim Miller in the 7th.

Nik Turley worked 2.0 shutout innings and allowed a hit and a walk while Mason Melotakis issued a walk and struck out one in a scoreless 9th.

Rochester travels to Port Charlotte on Saturday to face Durham at 1 pm.
