Town of Ogden Police warned people this week to lock their car doors and keep valuables out of sight after getting some 20 reports of vehicles being entered and ransacked during the night in Spencerport.
Most reported small amounts of cash, purses and wallets stolen, along with small electronics and similar property.
They’re asking people to call 911 if they spot anything that doesn’t look right in their neighborhoods and to call 911 if they have any tips about who may be responsible for the breakins.
