Monroe County deputies marked the 15th Annual National Family Violence Apprehension Detail today by sending deputies, state troopers, Rochester Police and State Probation officers onto the streets in search of domestic violence suspects.
Officers went out armed with 16 warrants for individuals wanted on various domestic violence charges. They caught up with and arrested four of them. The event coincides with Domestic Violence Awareness Month and is an extra push to get violent offenders out of the community.
