Three people have been indicted for murder by a Monroe County Grand Jury, one of them the man who already stands accused of murder in the death of Rochester Police Officer Tony Mazurkiewicz.
The indictment unsealed Tuesday charges Kelvin Vickers of Boston, Deadrick Fulwiley and Raheim Robinson with four counts of first degree murder for the shooting deaths of Richard Collinge and MyJel Rand on North Clinton Avenue on July 30. That was just days before the shooting of Officer Mazurkiewicz. All three suspects are also charged with attempted murder of a third victim and with arson for another incident that same day.
All three also face reckless endangerment charges and criminal possession of a weapon for a separate shooting a day earlier.
Robinson was arrested in Boston and is being extradited to Rochester. Vickers and Fulwiley were already in the Monroe County jail.
