A 31-year-old Lyons man is charged with unlawful imprisonment, criminal obstruction of breathing, endangering the welfare of a child and other offenses after a domestic dispute that happened last month.
State Police arrested Lorenzo Mastrangelo after investigating an incident that happened at 26 Montezuma Street in Lyons. He was sent to jail until posting bail and ordered to be in court later this month.
