New York State Police have charged a Wayne County man who took numerous customers’ money, then failed to show up to plow their driveways when the snow fell.
They charged 39-year-old Chad Brockman of Ontario with 17 counts of scheming to defraud and petit larceny. He allegedly contracted with multiple homeowners and was paid in advance for the snowplow services that he never delivered.
Brockman has been released on appearance tickets and has a date with the courts in Wayne County.
