Elementary school students who went back to physical classrooms in the Rochester City School District this week are not getting hot lunches any longer.
Students are getting meals approved by federal guidelines, but with limited enrollment the district says it’s unable to serve hot food at this time.
A spokesman says the district has been serving these meals to students since March of 2020.
