No charges will be filed against the driver whose car struck and killed a seventh-grader last week in Henrietta.
The crash at West Henrietta Road and Martin Road took the life of 13-year-old Liam Ronan. Investigators say he apparently rode his bike across the intersection without stopping for the stop sign, and went into the path of the oncoming car. He was struck and pronounced dead at the scene.
