New York Attorney General Leticia James filed suit Thursday to dissolve the National Rifle Association, charging malfeasance on the part of its top four officers.

James is charging the NRA as a whole as well as Wayne LaPierre, Executive Vice President, former CFO Wilson “Woody” Phillips, former Chief of Staff Joshua Powell and General Counsel John Frazer. Her civil suit accuses all four of failing their fiduciary duties to the non-profit NRA. It also says the used the NRA as a private bank account, supplying themselves with private jet travel, lavish vacations and more at NRA expense, in violation of the NRA’s internal policies.

James says they took more than $64 million from the NRA over three years. Her suit seeks to recover the money, and bar all four individuals from serving on any New-York-Registered corporation.
