The national average gasoline price is up two cents from last week to $2.31 a gallon, 50 cents more than it was a year ago. According to the American Automobile Club, the New York State Average is now $2.45.
For Rochester, the average is actually down two cents from last Monday at $2.35, Buffalo is unchanged at $2.42 and Syracuse is down a penny at $2.32.
