The owner of a Parma Music School has been indicted by a Monroe County Grand Jury on 37 counts of unlawful surveillance for recording people in the bathroom of his school building.
Philip Close is also facing a federal child porn charge. He was arrested last year after Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputies said a parent found a camera hidden in the bathroom of the Close School of Music.
