New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has added three more states, plus the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, to the state’s quarantine list.
Travelers coming into New York from Kentucky, Illinois and Minnesota are now supposed to quarantine for two weeks after arriving to avoid spreading the coronavirus. There are now 34 states on the quarantine list, mostly hot-spot states like Florida, Texas and California.
Travellers are supposed to provide contact information to local officials on their arrival in New York.
