Two men accused of raping a teenage girl in a Rochester convenience store have pleaded “not guilty” to new charges.
Shadad Algaithy, 21, and James Hampton, 28, are accused of assaulting the 13-year-old girl at a corner store on Central Park last month. Four more victims have now come forward with allegations against Algaithy. All the attacks took place at the same corner store which is now closed.
Both men were in court on Monday. Algaithy is a registered sex offender who should not have been working at the store, which is across the street from a school.
